I started to grow morning glories for the first time in my life
at my veranda. It's wonderful to watch them grow so quickly,
but at the same time I feel a kind of stress....a sense of
responsibility that I'm controlling a life other than that of myself.
When I found that one flowerpot has some problem, I rushed to
the gardening shop in the neighbourhood and bought a special
liquid medicine which they call a kind of "camphor injection"
for plants. It worked like a miracle and I'm still using it from
time to time along with other nourishing stuff.
The person in the gardening shop said that "pruning" is very
important in raising morning glories. But it's extremely painful
for me to cut them off in the middle. I gingerly lopped a few of
them but most of the vines are growing upward and now dangling
